New! Caron One Pound, Caron Simply Soft and Herrschners 2-Ply Afghan palettes - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
New! The Herrschner's Worsted Palette - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
New! We've just added the palette for Deborah Norville Everyday Yarn! If you knit and/or crochet, this is for you. This is a beautiful yarn with a nice feel to it, a good alternative in worsted weight acrylic! (Thank you again to BetwixtTheStitch!)
New! The Red Heart Super Saver Palette - thank you to BetwixtTheStitch!
Welcome to Stitchboard! Feel free to sit and stay awhile. Check out our new Premier features. In addition to the ability to create larger patterns (up to 500 stitches wide), illusion knitting and private labeling (no more worries about editing those pesky and messy PDFs), we've just introduced Filet Crochet, our most popular request! We have many more features planned, too!

Ok, I'm racing to bring a new version live. I think this will fix your issues.
I'm hoping to do this in the next week. I've tested the new version and found a few lingering issues. There were several issues with colors that showed up in certain combinations of settings.
I'll post again once I enable the new version.

Debi,
Please let me know what
isn't working. As far as I know everything is, but if there's a new
problem we don't know about, of course we want to address it.
Thanks in advance for bringing whatever it is to our attention.
Also, it is
possible to go above 150 stitches, but those options (300 stitches
or 500 stitches) are in our paid "Premier" features.

Wiley,
Welcome!
Word charts are
in our plans, but not yet available. I also find them very helpful,
as opposed to charts, so I would like to see them, as well!
Thanks for the nice welcome. I do not have this web page
here yet so completely in the grasp. I sit here in my livingroom
and when I open Stitchboard I feel like I´m abroad
It take time to translate my german
thougts in english words. In the same time I could bead an earring

But you will read about me, and see
pictures of my work over time.

Sherry,
If you get any
information, we'd be grateful if you'd pass it to us! We don't always get info about color
changes and such, so we greatly appreciate any info.
For now, we only
allow you to set the width of a pattern. The reason this was
originally done was because we didn't want people to skew or
truncate their patterns by specifiying both dimensions! That's why the software adjusts
for the length depending on the width. But we'll eventually have a
version out, which is now in development, to allow people to set
both dimensions.
Feel free to get your son
involved...hope he enjoys using the software!
